Sailing your Luxury Yacht between 60' and 70 feet.

Ownership versus License

Private Investors invest between three and four yachts for a value between 10 million and 15 million Euro's.

The one time investment from the licensee goes to the investor.
There are maximum three licensees per yacht.
The contract between the investor and the licensee is based on a usufruct or license agreement.
You may use the yacht for a number of weeks per year and you may generate income from it.
The vessels will sail under Maltese Flag which has a strong and clear international legal recognition.
The investment is in High Value Luxury Yachts, not main stream charter yachts.

Premium License

With a one time investment of 25% of the purchase price of a yacht, you can sign-up between 4 and 10 weeks per year sailing in this category of yachts.
You can use the yacht privately and/or have it chartered out to generate income.

The User License is valid for 6 years.
All operational costs are included in the Yearly Subscription which is separate from the investment

For the Accountant

Charter Prices for yachts in this range vary between 50.000 € and 80.000 €/week.
Calculated on a yearly basis, using the yacht privately, the initial investment sets-off against normal chartering during 2 weeks per year.
Not using your booked weeks per year enter our charter offer. Generating income with a cash back of 50% of the charter offer.
Being a licensee, you can set-up beneficial fiscal structures.
To protect the license investment, ownership is legally separated from the operational costs.

The Yearly Contribution

The yearly contribution is to manage the yachts, to cover all operational costs, to offer a private service to the licensees and the owners, and the organisation of the back-office.
The yearly contribution is based on the number of booked weeks. You only pay for what you get.
The yearly contribution includes all costs from insurance to crew management, from repairs and maintenance to upgrades and refits. No extra charge at the end of the license contract.
